Meet the New Owner of Senior Care Authority NYC

We are thrilled to announce that Neil Nagraj, a dedicated member of our team, is stepping into a new role as the sole owner of Senior Care Authority New York City. Neil's commitment to excellence and passion for serving seniors and their families make him the perfect leader for our organization in this region. Neil said, “The strength of the Senior Care Authority brand, the support Frank provides his owners, and the fundamentals of the business Cynthia has built added up to a unique opportunity. I've seen from the inside just how strong the business is that  I'm acquiring. Add in my good fortune at Cynthia's continued guidance and mentorship during our transition, and the whole thing was a no-brainer."

Former owner of Senior Care Authority New York City, Cynthia Perthuis said, “From the minute that I met Neil during his interview, I knew that he had the intelligence, the perseverance and the heart to run a small business that served the residents of the city of New York. In our time together, I have marveled at his passion for our clients and his quick-minded focus on solving problems in a high-touch and empathetic manner.“ 

Perthuis will retain ownership of Senior Care Authority Southwest Florida. Both companies will continue to provide exceptional senior care services to their respective regions, ensuring that the aging population across the United States receives the support and care they deserve.

While there are changes on the horizon, our commitment to providing exceptional senior care services remains steadfast. Under Neil's leadership in New York City and Cynthia's continued ownership in Southwest Florida, we will continue to offer the same comprehensive services and personalized care that have been the cornerstone of our reputation.

We are also delighted to share that Cynthia will be staying on as a consultant for the New York City location for the next two years. Her expertise and guidance will be invaluable during this transition period, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients and team members alike.
